Jesena is a seasoned Program Manager at NSWC Headquarters (Echelon II), the Naval Component of Special Operations Combatant Command (SOCOM). She is responsible for strategic program management for world-wide programs; asset management, master planning, real estate, MILCON support, land development, encroachment issues, and range sustainment. She manages a portfolio of Command assets comprised of +3M SF footprint within 7 of 10 Navy Regions at a value over $1B. Concurrently, she supports +130 Special Operation Force ranges on land controlled by 3 services & 2 US Federal Agencies (Navy 47%, Army 28%, USMC 10%, NASA 7%, BLM 8%). Jesena provides specialized expertise in managing programs, developing policies and procedures, creating and coordinating unique land use program solutions and communicating achievable recommendations to Naval Special Warfare (NSW) members at locations world-wide. As a member of the Force Engineer Division, she is adept at managing large and intricate land use programs and has exceptional collaboration skills within the NSW claimancy.(P.S.
