ABOUT JESA LIENHARD

I started working in the hospitality industry as a teenager, when my parents purchased a small resort in Wisconsin. When I moved to Madison to attend college, I started at the Great Wolf Resorts call center, as a low-key job while working on my degree. Within a year, I had moved into a management position, and for more than a 17 years, I called Great Wolf my home. I had the opportunity, while working at Great Wolf, to be exposed to and work in many aspects of business; including financial management, data analytics, general hotel operations, and people leadership. I have been trusted to take on special projects, step into interim roles, and be the SME of systems and processes, alike. I\'ve worked through and improved upon challenges I have been presented over the years. I was awarded Leader of the Quarter three times and was invited to join the Key Talent Program. I pride myself on efficiency, relationship-building, process-planning, and anticipating needs, all with a cheerful attitude. I walked away from my time at Great Wolf with treasured friendships and an irreplaceable education, through my experiences. All that I have gained has led me to my latest adventure with Choice Hotels International where I have met a new team of talented coworkers and hotel professionals; gaining new experinces and opportunities. I am excited to continue to learn and grow, both personally and professionally!
