   As one of the original five Acrisure Agency Partners, and Acrisure Shareholder since July 1, 2010, I was the only agency partner to invest 100% into Acrisure stock and continue to be \"all-in\" and have not sold any Acrisure stock. I have witnessed firsthand Acrisure dramatic growth from $32 million in revenue to $3.2 billion in 2021.\\\\n\\\\nI am a frequent speaker and thought leader on Risk Management, including featured presentations at BELFOR Franchise Group, Home Builders Association of Michigan, Construction Financial Management Association, and various insurance associations. I also have extensive political experience, and frequently work with State and National legislators on insurance and residential construction related legislation.\\\\n\\\\nI graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL, and maintain a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. I was the recipient of Professional Insurance Agents of Michigan \"Agent of the Year\" for 2019,\"Associate Member of the Year\" for the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan in 2018, and the American Diabetes Association \"Father of the Year\" in 2012.\\\\n\\\\nI am currently is the Chairman of the Big I of Michigan Legislative/Public Policy Committee, am a Michigan BuildPAC Trustee for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), President of the Builders Exchange of Kalamazoo, and Vice Chair of the Builders of Michigan Health Benefit Trust, Wall Street Journal Opinion Leader, Guidepoint Global and member of Congressman Fred Upton\'s Business Cabinet Advisors.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
