   Currently working with the non-profit BEST Corp to fully integrate SalesForce into current business processes for workforce training of immigrant hospitality workers. I work with senior management to provide data on funder questions on program metrics, demographics and underserved regions. I use Excel 2016 pivot tables extensively to further refine SalesForce reports to meet funder and internal needs.Implementation project work included: • preparing RFP and requirements to select consultant for initial Salesforce launch• extensive scrubbing and data preparation from FileMaker 12 Pro for import into SalesForce• defining and creating custom reports, objects to meet funder report needs• training individual staff for data input and reporting• working with consultant to refine and enhance their SalesForce classroom management add-in• performing mass updates using Excel and Bulk Data Loader
