NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Negotiated significant cost of borrowing savings in multi-national bifurcated credit facilities over global credit facility. Prepared 5-year business plan for combined Scholle IPN. • Reduced annual personnel costs by restructuring Corporate and North American Finance teams without reduction in service levels. • Integrated Scholle (U.S.) and IPN Holding, BV entities, systems and operations post combination. Led the effort to close and move the corporate office into a production facility resulting in significant savings annually. • Facilitated and executed sale of majority interest in 2020 and subsequent sale of 100% of the business to SIG Combibloc in 2022.
