Global leader in bag-in-box packaging. Lead global finance organization of over 40 professionals, report to the CEO and Chairman of the Board and direct the organization’s financial planning, reporting and budgeting processes, systems integrations, treasury and banking, risk management and all other accounting and finance functions. NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Negotiated significant cost of borrowing savings in multi-national bifurcated credit facilities over global credit facility. Prepared 5-year business plan for combined Scholle IPN. • Reduced annual personnel costs by restructuring Corporate and North American Finance teams without reduction in service levels. • Integrated Scholle (U.S.) and IPN Holding, BV entities, systems and operations post combination. Led the effort to close and move the corporate office into a production facility resulting in significant savings annually. • Facilitated and executed sale of majority interest in 2020 and subsequent sale of 100% of the business to SIG Combibloc in 2022.
