About Jerry Rosenthal
I am passionate about Process Improvement, Problem Solving and Decision Making based on data. I am driven to clearly understand processes and use the tools of Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Behavioral Economics, Change Management and other disciplines to develop strategies, create tactics and take actions which improve the current state of the business.I relentlessly learn and am never satisfied with maintaining the status quo. Continuous Improvement never ends. What was a solution yesterday may not be what is required today. Making changes not for the sake of change but for the benefit of the customer (internal & external). Leading, and being part of a team that is empowered and aligned to successfully achieve meaningful results. This defines who I am.
