Military veteran with over 40 years of experience dealing one-on-one with customers, subordinates, vendors and leaders. I have been a supervisor of represented workers, and an F-16 leader/manager for over 30 years. I have vast knowledge of Six-Sigma and other leadership skills to promote team work and production. I am the Senior Strategic Support Equipment (SE) Lead within the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Integrated Fighter Group Support Equipment Requirements Team. I was the lead Support Equipment Integrator for the multi-billion $ Taiwan Retrofit Program. I am a recognized subject matter expert and successful leader at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. I earned my MBA and also have a BS in HR Mgt through the University of Maryland University College. I am currently working long-term sustainment of Support Equipment for multiple customers. This includes 24/7 100% coverage of items delivered. I am also challenged to recruit and hire top-notch individuals and interns to help our team grow while embracing a diverse work force. I was the Vice President of the Lockheed Martin Employee Resource Group - Able & Allies promoting diversity in the workforce and being a resource for those with challenges seen and unseen to aid in adapting to Lockheed Martin.Specialties: ALL MS Office Suite Products, Outlook, FIN, and other specific Lockheed Martin applications; LM People, Brass Ring, EWI, STARS, EDMS, JEDI, Mainframe, QADS, SAP, WAWF, EDCS & MPRSII.
