I am the Global Strategy & Operations leader, where I’m focused on building market leading advisory capabilities and technology-enabled solutions to address our clients\' most complex problems. I am also part of the Global Consulting Executive Committee, where I help shape the future of Deloitte as we strive to become the undisputed leader in professional services.Prior to my appointment to lead the Global Strategy and Operations practice, I helped lead Deloitte Consulting’s Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations practice. I have twenty four years of supply chain experience serving clients across many industries, specializing in sourcing and procurement. I am a frequent speaker and author on a number of topics including the growing importance of Social Impact, the blurring of boundaries between the commercial, social, and public sectors, and the importance of developing cross-sector business ecosystems. I have also been a frequent speaker on Supply Chain related issues including Digital Supply Networks, Procurement Transformation, and Supply Chain Risk.
