My new role at Noctrix Health is ideal at this point in my career. I understand restless leg syndrome, as I\'ve had the ailment for years. I know the limitations of using pharmaceuticals to alleviate symptoms and am glad to spread word about the Nidra device to those whose sleep has been compromised by RLS issues. Nidra is the Hindu goddess of sleep; an oh so appropriate name for this medical device.Earlier, when serving as a career coach, I share real-world, decades-long success in public relations, technology marketing, data communications sales, job performance assessments, recruiting and career transition coaching. Raised in blue collar Youngstown, Ohio, I focus my career coaching on individual and mid-level contributors. Because I labored in steel mills, laid track for the B&O Railroad, marketed integrated circuits, repaired roofs using acrylic copolymers, marketed and sold protocol converter data communications hardware and spearheaded PR campaigns for automatic show chains, I\'ve connected successfully with innovative people of different colors, races and ethnicities. In this role, I’ll conduct in-person titration and calibration of Nidra, a medical device wearable worn about each leg to end sleepless nights for patients with restless leg syndrome. Using Tonic motor activation (TOMAC) therapy, instead of pharmaceuticals, this Noctrix Health-engineered solution will positively impact millions whose daily lives and sleepless nights are affected. During hour-long device training sessions, I’ll ensure that patients are comfortable using and benefiting from this state-of-the-art device. Nidra, by the way, is the name of the Hindu goddess of sleep.
