Then, inspired by the experience of \"doing well by doing good,\" I launched my own direct-to-consumer marketing company and discovered my true passion for service. With my deep understanding of the tools needed on both the distributor and corporate sides, I was recruited to the software side of our business. My search for true innovation led me to ByDesign Technologies in 2004, and they continue to inspire me with their thought leadership and caring culture.
