Trouble shoot and repair equipment, and to do preventive maintenance on the equipment in my area, steam, chemical, pumps, valves, powder transfer equipment, conveyors and casepackers and other packaging equipment in the area. I have been involved in the making and training of the LOTO procedures, and creating the PM list and procedures in alot of the areas. I have taken on roles in TPM, creating a lubrication standards for the entire packaging area and working with a few other team members to role it out to the AWG team. I was involved with the COPA team helping to bring up the run time and lowering the UPS with creating Standards, CIL,s, Center lining and the Theory of operations in order to assist the AWG in the knowledge of running and troubleshooting the equipment that they operate.( Packaging area). I am now working in the Utilities department, working with boilers and chillers and low and high pressure air compressors among other equipment in the utilities area.
