Was designated as a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist. I have have served in the Indiana House of Representatives representing House District 39 which includes most of Carmel. Serve on the boards of Indiana Humanities, Carmel Symphony Orchestra and previously the National MS Society, IN Chapter. Also serve on Government Affairs Advisory Committee for the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Have also worked as expert witness regarding good faith insurance claims handling practices. Specialties: My years of experience in handling complex claims and insurance coverage issues gives me a unique perspective to help my clients avoid gaps in coverage that can lead to unplanned negative cashflow with uncovered casualty claims. At FCCI, I was assigned the largest and most complicated claims and lawsuits, and saved the company millions of dollars in final results.
