   Mar 2017 — Present

   TLM within the ML Infrastructure org for Waymo- I manage the Labeling Platform team that\'s responsible for tooling and automation that allows humans and machines to produce the data for both pre and post training models at Waymo. This includes UX to label sensor data such as lidar, radar and cameras as well as infra to leverage LLMs/VLMs/Foundational models to auto label and distill their properties onto smaller models- Double digit YoY labeler productivity improvements- Responsible for maintaining cross functional relationships with teams working in research, perception, behavior, planner and Ops organization that staff human labelers.
