About Jerry Staley
Throughout my career of over 20 years, I have consistently driven initiatives that align HR strategies with organizational missions. I firmly believe that a company\'s culture, rooted in its mission, is instrumental in achieving sustainable growth and fostering a motivated workforce. In previous roles, I spearheaded projects that embedded mission into the fabric of daily operations, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention rates. While much of my career is in healthcare, I have also been in HR Leadership for entertainment, distribution and hospitality organizations. I am currently the Head of the Human Resources Department for Cook County Government (OUP).
