Senior Vice President/General Manager for Lendlease’s portfolio of military housing in the western region of the US; including Tierra Vista Communities LLC, Soaring Heights Communities LLC, Hickam Communities LLC and Fort Hood Family Housing. These projects are partnerships between Lendlease and the United States Air Force and Army that provide over 12,600 homes for military families at six separate Air Force bases and one Army base across the southwestern United States and Hawaii. Accountable for the performance of the Project and various entities contracted by the Project to perform the services required to deliver the Projects\' obligations to the various Project stakeholders; including asset and financial management, development management, property and maintenance management, safety, sustainability and communications. Responsible for all client relationships and Project delivery.
