Plan and implement practical and sustainable energy solutions with no up-front costs.Jorge “Jerry” Perez de Tagle, PhD, was recognized in 2018 for his humanitarian work by the United States Congress, the City of Los Angeles, as a Freedom Medal Winner in the United Kingdom; and in the Philippines as a 10 Outstanding Entrepreneur in 2009. He taught at Syracuse University, New York, at the Ateneo, the University of the Philippines; and is now a columnist for Inquirer.net, US Bureau. He is the author of three books: Leader as Coach, NASD7 Manual, Leader as Surfer; and co-authored another three: TechnoPreneurship, Alternative Learning Systems, Newly Elected Officials (NEO) Program. He has his PhD in Social Change, Honoris Causa and his Candidacy in Organization Development. He is now a Senior Energy Advisor with Energy Professionals; a National Convenor for FLAG USA,(Filipino-Latino-Asian Group) Coalition, and with the Filipino-American Voice USA (FAVU); the National Chairman of The Way to Happiness Philippines Foundation; President of Integrative Learning, IL International; Vice Chair for Southern Region of the National Federation of Filipino American Associations, NaFFAA; the VP for Global Outreach in Asia and US Territories with the US Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce, FPACC; and the Owner of Boracay OceanView Spectacular Penthouse Resort.
