ABOUT JERRY P.

I have more than 35 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and mission-critical coatings, with a deep specialization in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities.I began my career as a first-bracket apprentice, sandblasting and painting for one of the nation’s largest painting contractors. I learned the trade from the ground up on active jobsites where quality, safety, and schedule performance were non-negotiable. That foundation led me to become a trusted project superintendent and a recognized authority in complex coating systems.Over my career, I have worked on fourteen new semiconductor fabs and dozens of major retooling and conversion projects across the United States. My experience includes cleanroom coating systems, chemical-resistant floor and wall coatings, secondary containment, and specialty coatings installed in highly controlled environments. Most recently, I was directly involved in Intel Fab 52 and Fab 62 in Arizona, two of the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the world.In 2004, I founded Penington Painting Company with the vision of building a best in class coatings contractor focused on craftsmanship, safety, and client trust. Today, PPC supports complex commercial, industrial, and semiconductor projects nationwide, backed by a strong safety culture and a team first mindset.
