   We capitalized Dalton Building Group LLC to address the lack of qualified General Contracting firms specifically engineered to service institutional investors and their residential and commercial property portfolios. The Dalton Building Group team has managed the construction of over new and existing residential homes.Dalton Building Group is fully integrated with River Rock’s technology platform that includes Inspection, Renovation, Turns and Maintenance Solutions to Asset and Property Management firms. This permits Dalton to manage the construction activity throughout the entire investment life cycle and creates complete accountability and transparency to our clients.
