About Jerry McMillan
I started as a design engineer in the Flight Test organization, and have had the opportunity to rotate through additive manufacturing, fulfilment/supply chain, and business operations. I am currently on the Engineering Excellence and Productivity team as a process engineer. I have a distinct passion for working with people, systems thinking, & integrating cross-functional disciplines to achieve innovative customer focused solutions. As a strategic decision maker with technical vision, I am able to work with a wide variety of teams, as well as bridge technical & business objectives. I seek to expand my leadership into formal management role to develop further as an enterprise leader, and as a change agent committed creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, engagement at all levels, & continuous improvement.
