ABOUT JERRY MCGRANAGHAN

Results-driven Leader in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Production Management with demonstrated success in driving client centric business outcomes through data strategy, operational excellence, and site leadership. Experienced in leading large-scale global teams, optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure, and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.Throughout my career, I have honed skills in SQL, Python, Unix, PowerBI, Tableau and leveraged core ITSM principals to deliver quality products and outcomes on cloud and physical infrastructure. One of the most rewarding parts of my professional journey have been leading, coaching and building effective and efficient teams (up to 70+ employees). At an organizational level, I have held Site Level responsibilities across 2 locations (300+ employees) where I was responsible for driving culture and talent growth through focus on junior and lateral pipelines. I have a deep passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and have sat as co-chair on 2 employee affinity groups through my career. What sets me apart from others, is my ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. My strong communication skills, strategic vision and collaborative nature helps me ensure solutions are built and deployed using agile methodologies to meet the needs of stakeholders. I have a natural curiosity for problem solving and love to apply creative thinking to deliver innovative solutions. When not tackling my latest challenge, I love to spend time in the outdoors hiking or enjoying nature. I also enjoy practicing Yoga and became a Certified Instructor in 2022. These interests help me to reset away from my desk and come back energized and ready to deliver. Sometimes these activities help me find my best ideas!
