   As a partner of TEAM Consulting LLC, my goal is to leverage over 30 years of manufacturing and management experience with a focus on engineering, project development and execution to assist customers in achieving operational excellence. I have led factory construction on three continents and managed complicated projects from ideation to start-up. The skillset I rely on extends beyond implementation; I spent several years working for Mars, Inc. developing innovative manufacturing processes and strategic business plans. I feel I have a strong ability to visualize and compartmentalize factories, as well as orchestrate conversion processes. I have also been involved in developing manual and automated production facilities and possess a thorough understanding of the cost elements which drive such decision making. Another critical strength is the ability to create and help implement the footprint/infrastructure required to transition from semi manual to fully automated manufacturing.
