Implement a a strategic vision to drive growth and efficiency, ensuring that our operational capabilities are robust and agile enough to meet evolving business demands.Operational Oversight and Management:Lead the planning, implementation, and scaling of job installations across various locations.Oversee the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.Manage daily operations of the department through the effective use of business and operational systems.Strategic Planning and Scaling:Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to effectively scale operations.Establish policies that promote company culture and vision through proper operations initiatives.Assess operational and strategic performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.Expansion and Growth:Lead expansion efforts into new markets, including market research, regulatory compliance, and strategic entry.Spearhead the development of new operational practices to enhance the organization\'s ability to expand on a nationwide scale.Collaborate with the executive team to align on expansion strategies and operational feasibility.Team Leadership and Development:Lead a capable operations team, establish clear operational objectives, and monitor performance.Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with senior management and other department heads to ensure that company operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.Communicate operational strategies and results to staff and stakeholders to ensure transparency and awareness.
