I am a devoted nutrition advocate and exercise enthusiast who spends my days helping people lose weight, gain energy and strengthen their bodies through good nutrition and healthy living. My wife, Linda, & I have been working for over 28 years as Independent Wellness Coaches for Herbalife International and founded Midwest Nutrition as our first commercial club. We now have 17 locations in the KC Metro including our main location, Vibe Nutrition, in Overland Park and are growing steadily!
