A career journey that began in Refinery Operations has provided a wealth of opportunities in the downstream oil and gas industry. I\'ve demonstrated a strong work ethic and collaborative approach to assignments in Shift Supervision, Human Resources, Labor Relations and Training & Development, producing results at each stop along the way. After 24 years in industry, I shifted to consulting in the oil and gas sector 19 years ago, with a focus on Organizational Consulting, Human Performance Improvement, and Operational Excellence (OpX) with KBC Advanced Technologies. Since 2019, I\'m pleased to be leading Operator Training in the Corporate Operations group at Marathon, working with a dynamic group of Advanced Training Specialists as we seek to enable Operations Excellence at our refineries.
