As president and co-owner of JPG & Associates, Inc, Jerry Grohovsky has more than 25 years experience in the technical communication and marketing communications field. After earning a B.A in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, his career path was paved via a variety of staff and lead positions at several large corporations and startups. Over the years, Jerry has held a variety of positions, including: contract and staff technical writer, lead writer, freelance technical/marketing writer and illustrator, and marketing communications coordinator. In 1993, Jerry co-founded JPG & Associates, Inc. with Naomi Grohovsky (CEO/CFO). JPG is a niche provider of technical communication staffing and consulting services, with headquarters located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. Over JPG\'s 29+ year history, more than 200 corporate clients have been served, and more than technical communication projects successfully completed. Corporate clients are primarily those in such industries as engineering, high-technology, manufacturing, medical device, commercial equipment, automation and packaging, and heavy equipment. As JPG\'s president: Jerry is responsible for managing new business development, branding, sales, and marketing, project estimating and planning, client-to-supplier partnership development, supplier contract compliance, professional networking, and relationship building (both client and candidate).Jerry holds memberships in: STC, AMWA, and NFIB. He is a member of the advisory board for both the University of Minnesota and Metropolitan State University tech. comm. programs, and is a contributing guest speaker at other local and regional colleges and universities.JPG is a WBENC certified Woman-Owned Business, of which JPG\'s CEO/CFO is a member.
