I grew up in the real estate business-my father started his office in 1953- I was one of the first licensee\'s in the state of MO @ the age of 18 when the laws changed in 1972. During my real estate career I was VP of Norris Fridley Realtors, 19••••89Norris Fridley Real Estate Corp was established in 1953 and a leader in the Real Estate industry in Central MO. I oversaw all sales and business development functions, including expansion of 5 branch offices, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment. Hold P&L and budget responsibilities. Provide cross-functional team training, coaching, & mentoring. Direct network of sales managers & marketing associates located throughout 14 counties in Central MO.
