Jerry Feagley started his Real Estate career as a licensee in 1966, starting with the Locators Real Estate firm. After becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1972, he opened his first office in Point Richmond in 1974.As a Real Estate developer he spearheaded his first residential property development in 1976 and went on to be involved with the building of over 300 residential and commercial properties in the West Contra Costa County area. Additionally, he has served for 5 years as a broker agent for Security Pacific in the Top 10% of agents countywide. Keeping true to his entrepreneurial spirit, he and a team of investors founded the state chartered Alvarado Bank in San Pablo in 1983.
