ABOUT JERRY EPTON
Jerry brings a wealth of property market expertise and experience to the management of YOUhome\'s new Notting Hill office. A resident of the area for 15 years, his career began as a graduate recruit to Knight Frank where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and was trained in property appraisal and valuation techniques. As well as working with individual property owners, Jerry was involved in the selling and buying of some of the UK\'s major private estates. He went on to structure innovative securitisation deals with institutional investors in a joint venture with Bankers Trust. Jerry later joined the Raven Group, the leading property development and investment company, where he was instrumental in the successful build and sale of large residential projects. He has also been involved with specialist residential development in Hackney and is the proud NED of crowdfunded Green and Pleasant Ltd.
