Ensure all required paperwork is received and previous operations indicated on the documents are completed in accordance with established procedures prior to conducting an inspection. Perform verification of documentation requirements deliverable within the shipment including but not limited to the following Verify compliance to documentation deliverable requirements Verify pack slip/Certificate of Compliance documentation is correct. Validation of marking/identification compliance between CCA, Packaging and C of C. Validate delivery address aligns with Purchase Order requirements Verify compliance to First Article Inspection documentation requirements. Verify Special Processor documentation requirements for Customer Portal submittals Validate CCA packaging requirements and compliance of packaged CCAs. Ensure sensitive components are adequately packaged for protection during Shipment. Assist Stockroom with performance of material cycle counts. Coordinate actions to clear material holds in Receiving (Problem Cabinet Tickets), particularly, RMAs. Coordinate and perform packaging and shipping related Corrective Actions and process improvement initiatives. Photograph CCAs prior to and post packaging to maintain objective evidence of product integrity prior to tendering to freight carrier. Complete rejected material dispositions (RMD) paperwork and process for approval. Provide technical support to co-workers, suppliers or customers, including identifying and correcting specific problems.
