To be updated, starting new role at MasTec, retired from FPL Aug 2024.I serve as the Executive Director Central Maintenance and Construction for Power Delivery, with Florida Power and Light Company, the largest subsidiary of NextEra Energy, one of the largest electric utilities in the United States and the country\'s largest producer of renewable energy. My current role is to oversee the execution of $3B annual construction projects to support growth, reliability, and resiliency initiatives. This includes the execution of the Storm Protection Plan investments to harden the grid along with all major Transmission and Distribution large construction projects.Throughout the course of my career with NextEra, I have headed large and diverse procurement, supply chain, facilities, and project organizations responsible for providing shareholder value and ROI through the architecture and delivery of transformative strategic sourcing programs, methodologies, and best practices.
