ABOUT JERRY BUCK

As the chief financial officer for Gulftech, a global manufacturing and leasing company, Jerry is responsible for leading and managing the global finance organization and supporting the financial direction for its family of operating companies. Jerry manages corporate teams and programs across financial, treasury, information technology, legal, tax, mergers and acquisitions and operations with executive oversight for key growth and innovation initiatives. Prior to joining Gulftech, Jerry held several corporate leadership roles at Deloitte Tax, LLP and most recently as the Denver Office Tax Managing Partner and Central West Growth Tax Leader. In this senior leadership role, he directed client engagements and a large team of tax professionals during a time of exceptional growth. An avid mentor and sponsor of talent, Jerry served as a lead instructor at Deloitte University in the Americas and in Deloitte’s US India practice. Jerry serves on several boards in Denver, including his current role as Secretary and Treasurer of the Margulf Foundation. Prior to Margulf, Jerry was a Board Director and Co-Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain MS Center, driving philanthropic programs to care for those impacted by multiple sclerosis and to expand research to fight the disease.
