Transformed the worst performing sales territory in my current company and grew it into the top performing territory for three years running. This represents a 500% increase in profit over the past six years. I accomplished this by establishing relationships with multiple companies, including two that have become our largest customers by revenue.In previous stops, have taken underperforming teams and improved performance by putting them in the best positions to succeed by playing to the strengths of team members.
