   The core insight I had several years ago was that Value Propositions are not well managed at most companies. I don\'t mean the Value Prop you might find in some cool marketing brochure. I\'m talking the meat and potato\'s of figuring out what they are, quantifying them, understanding from customers if they resonate and continuously improving based on insight and projects aimed to improve them. I had consulted in the arena for several years and then a couple of my customers asked me to build software. Jerry,\"build a product that we can grow with, we can\'t afford consultants doing this for us\". So I did, along with a true software genius Brian Kiep. Together with Brian and the team we spent nearly 4 years building a SaaS product alongside a few amazing customers who funded us as we delivered. In 2013 we turned our focus more towards Sales and Marketing. Since then we\'ve added a good group of customers and were recently named by Gartner as a Cool New Vendor for 2015. Having fun!
