   RESPONSIBILITIES Reviewed the existing materials demand management and scheduling processes for robustness, flexibility and sustainability and bridged communications between customer service, sales, and operation’s needs. Ensure the Synrad & Reach supplier strategy supports current lead-time, quality, capacity, inventory, and OTD requirements of the business. Took a comprehensive approach to materials forecasting and risk management through SIOP and collaboration with sales and finance partners. Ensuring materials are available to support world class OTD performance while maintaining balance and enabling breakthrough performance of Net Working Capital by optimizing Days Inventory On-Hand (DIO) without compromising customer satisfaction. Built strong internal relationships with the Synrad & Reach Purchasing and Customer Service teams. Collaborate with Purchasing Management to establish long-term VMI and KanBan agreements with key suppliers thus ensuring the Supply Chain team meets our internal inventory management and customer expectations of competitive lead-times.
