I’m focused on helping organizations bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their most important decisions. My background spans finance, economics, banking, risk management, statistics, and the practical application of modern AI. I spent over a decade at Wells Fargo, progressing from analyst to Executive Director by building systems and processes that held up under complexity, regulatory pressure, and constant change.Today, I’m building Ultimum Group, where I combine executive-level judgment with practical, on-the-ground problem solving. Our work spans fractional executive engagements, targeted consulting projects, and an evolving portfolio of SaaS solutions: CRM modernization through SalesStudio, end-to-end insurance workflow optimization through PolicyPerfect, and new initiatives in high-tech infrastructure and process automation. Whether supporting a startup or strengthening an established operation, my focus is always to create strategic alignment, bring order to complexity, and deliver context-appropriate pragmatic solutions.As a U.S. Army veteran and lifelong martial artist, I’ve learned the value of discipline, resilience, and clear thinking under pressure. From combat and coaching to mentoring founders and helping build community here in Des Moines, my experiences have all shaped how I show up in my work: steady, focused, and committed to helping people grow. Those experiences outside the office continue to influence my approach to leadership, problem solving, and the way I support the people around me.I believe in steady progress, meaningful work, and using whatever gifts we’re given in service of others. My faith grounds me, my family motivates me, and I’m committed to building things that last and helping others do the same. My mission is to turn complexity into opportunity and help good people and good companies move forward. When I stay focused on that, the rest takes care of itself.
