Job responsibilities performed Include: • Accounting & Bookkeeping- Captive Insurance • Preparing the financial statements for a portfolio of diverse accounts • Preparing regulatory filings and premium tax returns • Preparing supporting materials for annual Board meetings • Reconciling loss and investment report data • Oversee cash management for assigned portfolio • Support and collate key financial information for captive audits/examinations • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and regulatory filings • US Taxation Oversee and perform as necessary tax compliance activities for individuals and businesses, including: • Preparation of Federal and State income tax returns(1040,1120,1220S,1065,1120H,1120PC) • Tax planning and projections • Tax research, resolution and correspondence • Manage client information requests and deliverables • Ensuring accurate, timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns • Ensuring quality standards are maintained • Providing support on special tax projects and initiatives • Collaborate with staff, clients and management.
