Over the past 20 years I have learned, crafted, and fell in love with particular skills that I believe are the most important when it comes to producing the ultimate \"Disney-like\" experience or product for the end user or patient. These skills are operational excellence and leadership, and they resulted in some incredible achievements, both as a clinic owner and as a business advisor/consultant in the industry I work in. But, I\'m not done yet. My desire to grow, to learn, and to serve an organization and create amazing results for their clients, customers, or patients has me seeking my next adventure.
