ABOUT JERRET L. DILLARD

Jerret Dillard has over 23 years of project management, project engineering, systems and process engineering, and operations experience in the oil & gas and nuclear industries. He is a results driven leader keen on the bottom line and empowering his team(s). Jerret is currently employed by Raytheon Technologies as a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, and he was previously employed by Mission Support and Test Services, contractor to the US Department of Energy that manages the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) as the U1a Complex Program Manager. Jerret currently holds TS/SCI/SAP clearances with an inactive DOE Q Clearance.Jerret’s EPC experience includes managing the design of natural gas process pipelines and processing facilities and drill site expansions located in multiple environments such as arctic environments on the North Slope of Alaska, and nuclear weapons and fuel processing facilities utilizing first of a kind technologies. His background includes Program and Project Management, Operations Management, task order and design management, and Project Safety Manager as well as experience in engineering, procurement, operations & maintenance, and start-up/commissioning.Mr. Dillard has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams consisting of multiple engineering disciplines, procurement, contractors, and third parties. Additionally, he has managed budgets of up to $52 Million in EPCm and Operations & Maintenance with teams of over 100 personnel working out of seven (7) offices including an international office in Romania, and he has successfully won and brought in over $10 Million of new work bookings as part of multiple proposal teams. Mr. Dillard is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and holds an MBA with an emphasis in Operations Management from Regis University in Denver, CO.
