About Jerre Riggs

I am a business development and commercial real estate leader with Cornell hotelie roots and a ~19 year career built on one through line: understanding how the right relationships, in the right rooms, drive real growth. I started as a litigator, spending six years in practice including four at Blank Rome, where I learned how attorneys think, how deals get staffed, and what clients actually value. I then moved to the brokerage side at Colliers, advising clients on their real estate strategies as part of the international law firm services practice group. From there, I went deeper into the operational and growth side of commercial real estate, serving as Chief Real Estate Officer at Benjamin\'s Desk through its acquisition of 1776, as Director of Real Estate at Industrious before its $800M acquisition by CBRE, and then as Director of Real Estate at Capsule before joining Placemakr as Senior Director of Real Estate Partnerships, which recently partnered with Hilton.Every move has been intentional: each role added a new lens on how law, real estate, and business strategy intersect. Today, as a Senior Business Development Manager for Commercial Real Estate at Fox Rothschild, I bring all of those perspectives together. I thrive on connecting the right people at the right time, not through forced networking, but through an intuitive read on what attorneys need to grow. The best deals start with authentic connections.Outside of work, I spend as much time outdoors as possible with my wife and son. As a former racer turned coach, I\'m a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Level 100 certified alpine ski coach at Vail Resorts\' Jack Frost / Big Boulder, specializing in youth athlete development and competitive race preparation for Slalom and Giant Slalom—multiple athletes have advanced to Pennsylvania State Championship qualification. I\'m also an avid surfer, climber, golfer, and Ironman finisher alongside my wife.
