I was recruited and relocated to lead change at this branch with $288M total premium, 156 agencies, and 835 licensed staff. I created the vision for cultivating a winning culture focused on improving production and achieving a sustainable growth trajectory. With a team of 7 District Sales Managers, 5 of whom came into the team with less than 2 years of experience in their role at Erie, I shifted the paradigm from lower production levels to top-ranking performance across the entire company. Currently, I am partnering with the Erie leadership team to co-lead a Kaizen event that will roll out the agent recruitment, onboarding, and management process that I developed and used throughout my career to the entire company.
