I am passionate about collaborating with teachers, staff, and district leadership to implement systems that support positive student outcomes and a thriving campus culture.My experience includes leading school-wide discipline frameworks and early intervention programs designed to promote equity and inclusion for all learners, particularly in K–5 settings. I prioritize empowering students and educators through self-regulation and de-escalation techniques, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for growth.
