Lead Mechanical Community of Practice to advance the education of engineers in the form of training and technical design related technologies. Encourage and support the use of engineering tools for cross functional teams to accelerate design and manufacturing endeavours. Support early engineers in thier day to day work. Participate in the evaluation of hires for engineering teams. Engage with global manufacturing teams to overcome technical challenges. Foster cross functional collaboration to ensure sucess of company objectives. Participate in various global commities within the company from sustainability to facilities management. Teach and support the use of engineering tools, statistical methods, reliability, quality, and manufacturing processes.
