With a diverse background spanning product management, technical leadership, and software engineering, I thrive on adapting to new challenges and environments—embracing the role of a true \"chameleon.\" From my experience at Platform.sh as a Product Manager, where I focused on enhancing developer experience and simplifying complex workflows, to my advocacy work at Blackfire, helping developers and decision-makers unlock the potential of continuous profiling tools, my career has been shaped by a balance of technical depth and people-centric leadership. As a Servant Leader, I strongly believe in empowering teams, whether through horizontal management in product roles or vertical leadership as a CTO. I built and led technical teams, fostered innovation, and managed projects for high-profile clients, always with an emphasis on collaboration and shared success. My passion for human relationships and communication drives me to ensure alignment and clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Fluent in both written and spoken English (C1 level), I am also deeply committed to demystifying complex topics for broader audiences. Throughout my career, I have taken pride in breaking down highly technical concepts into digestible insights, making me a valuable bridge between developers and business stakeholders. My love for the Open-Source community and knowledge-sharing has been a constant thread, from my early contributions to Ibexa (formerly eZ Platform) and the Symfony ecosystem to speaking at conferences like SymfonyCon, International PHP Conference, or even PyCon US. I am at ease speaking in public and enjoy sharing my insights, whether in front of a conference room or during internal workshops.
