Certified Integrity Officer for the City of Philadelphia - Office of Homeless Services• Serve as the Right to Know Officer, a role that works with the City of Philadelphia Law Dept to respond to Right to Know requests from the public.• Serve as OHS’ Records Management Officer, coordinating with the City of Philadelphia Records Department to maintain a record retention schedule.• Serve as the point-person for all external audits.• Regularly review all Federal, State, and City regulations and standards and disseminate updates, changes, and targeted items.• Maintain and regularly review documentation such as Scopes of Service and Notice of Intents.• Create quantitative and qualitative reports from several internal and external databases to identify and/or prognosticate issues, gaps, or success to colleagues so that they can better plan and react. • Complete the five (5) year HUD Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan for the Office of Homeless Services in conjunction with the City’s Division of Housing and Community Development. • Submit required reports to various Federal & State.• Maintain an agency-wide Reporting Schedule.• Host a regular meeting with Unit Leaders and their staff to coordinate grant life cycle responsibilities, actions, strategy, and implementation of changes to processes.• Maintain a Document Repository for all grant related and required documentation.• Maintain an agency wide Subrecipient Monitoring Schedule. • Serve as the Office’s Environmental Review Lead.• Completed the City of Philadelphia’s Racial Equity Cohort in FY2022 as a representative of Office of Homeless Services. Participated in 12 hours of Racial Equity Foundational Learning Training and 30 hours of Results-Based Accountability analysis to identify root causes of racialized disparities. Collaborated with team to develop department-specific racial equity action plans to recommend strategies to advance equity in the City.
