Passionate about transforming the real estate and construction industries, I’ve built my career at the crossroads of technology, innovation, and investment. As a former startup founder, VC, and ecosystem builder, I have developed a strong understanding of how new technologies reshape the built environment and how organisations can adapt, innovate, and grow. Today, I serve as Director of the Real Estate Observatory at Institut Sapiens, where I analyze market trends, emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and long-term transformations affecting housing, construction, and urban development. My mission is to provide insights, research, and strategic perspectives to help decision-makers navigate a fast-changing industry.
