Jerome is a progressive Construction Management Professional in the building sector who is deeply passionate about improving project delivery. He strives to be both the superintendent\'s and client’s trusted partner, by becoming a cornerstone in the integration of design and construction. He is enthusiastic about utilizing lean techniques and BIM/VDC to proactively plan and execute projects as well as ingraining the triple bottom line of people, planet and prosperity into decision making.Jerome is captivated by how the built environment can positively impact people and contribute to cultivating community, as well as how the design and construction of buildings affect its occupants and the public at large.Jerome is an Aspiring Master Builder.A design-build professional and steward of the built environment.From a young age, Jerome has shown a passion for building which led him to study Civil Engineering. Ultimately it was activities pursued outside the classroom that afforded him the opportunity to display his leadership and project management abilities.Professionally, Jerome has utilized his penchant to be detail oriented and has proven to be a proactive, technical professional. His range of experience has developed through working in a variety of roles, on jobs ranging from $80K to $350M with different project delivery methods.Leveraging his strong work ethic, eagerness to help people and knowledge base, Jerome works proactively to problem solve with all project members. While operating within his capacity he resolves trade queries and endeavours to develop & recommend design alternatives for consultant consideration and final selection.
