ABOUT JEROME ZADERA

Since joining Continental Contractors in 2005, I’ve built my career from the ground up, gaining experience across nearly every aspect of hospitality construction. I began in the field as a superintendent, learning firsthand from some of Continental’s most experienced supervisors. That hands-on foundation continues to inform my leadership style today.Now serving as a Project Executive, I lead high-profile renovations across the country, including guestrooms, public spaces, conference hotels, brand conversions, and luxury resorts. I work closely with clients, ownership groups, and our internal teams to ensure every project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction.A core part of my role is mentoring and developing Project Managers—equipping them with the tools, insight, and structure needed to run efficient and effective projects. I take pride in helping our teams navigate complex challenges, maintain strong subcontractor relationships, and uphold the highest standards of quality on active, open properties.With two decades of experience, I remain energized by new challenges and motivated by the success of the people around me. I strive to lead with integrity, clear communication, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement.Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and two daughters. I’m a proud West Virginia University alumnus, always up for a fishing trip, time at the family cabin, or cheering on the Mountaineers during football season.
