I am a passionate and devoted safety professional with more than seven years safety, training, craft and supervisor experience in the refining and fabrication industry. I have held key safety assignments that have included the responsibility of facilitating all training for the overall project and supervises. Also, as HSE Supervisor for Texas City Automated Control Projects (TCACP) I support and advise site management in their duty to implement Company and site-specific HSE policies and procedures. My message to the team emphasized the importance of motivating our employees by recognizing the significance of their individual performance efforts in the areas of safety, environmental, quality, productivity and efficiency; as it impacts the overall team success. My final thought concluded that by building a sense of team identity among all project employees, it encourages those to take ownership and instill pride in safety leadership.
