I have recently co-founded Synergy Therapeutics a cancer company that uses cholestosomes to activate p53 inside cancer cells and thus drive them into apoptosis. Our oral cholestosome products target the brain among other organs of interest, and the effects persist inside cells for at least 72hours. Treatments in development include oral and intracellular targeted proteins, peptides and nucleic acids and the ch-p53HSA construct is only one of several examples. For that past 10 years I have been working on pathophysiology and treatment of Metabolic Syndromes and target organ diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, NASH, NAFLD, Hepatitis C, Sepsis, Alzheimer\'s disease, MS and ASHD. I am a CRO owner, CPL Associates LLC, conducting Clinical Trials incorporating PK/PD, adaptive design and seamless phase progression. Data analysis and modeling using high end computing.
